  3. Dear Sinclair QL User,

  5. If you have QL material you would like to upload, please get the
  6. garbo.uwasa.fi:/pc/UPLOAD.INF instructions.  It is for MsDos, but
  7. the information applies directly to uploading to the /ql/incoming
  8. directory.  Note that only straight ASCII format may used in
  9. uploading and storing Sinclair QL material at Garbo FTP archives.
  10. For practical reasons no executables will be stored in our QL
  11. section.  Please read the said upload instructions carefully before
  12. uploading.  Especially I need your one line (max 55 char) file
  13. descriptions.

  15. You can send your QL upload announcement directly to ql-up@uwasa.fi
  16. Just like for
  17.   pc-up@uwasa.fi    (for MsDos)
  18.   win-up@uwasa.fi   (for Windows)
  19.   mac-up@uwasa.fi   (for Mac)
  20.   unix-up@uwasa.fi  (for Unix)
  21. ql-up@uwasa.fi is a collective alias email address for the
  22. uploaders' QL related announcements.

  24. To repeat, no binary files, please.  I do not have the time nor the
  25. facilities to transfer (host <--> QL) and test QL executables.  I
  26. will discard all non-ascii QL files without exception.
